Staci Bogue-Buchholz

Chief Operating Officer

Staci Bogue-Buchholz joined Amp Americas in January 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, where she is responsible for the operational performance and growth of the company's dairy renewable natural gas portfolio.

Staci brings deep, hands-on experience in RNG operations, plant management, and large-scale capital project execution. Prior to joining Amp, she served as Vice President and General Manager of Gevo's Renewable Natural Gas business segment, reporting directly to the President and COO. In that role, she was accountable for all aspects of operations and growth across Gevo's RNG sites, including its ethanol, isobutanol, and sustainable aviation fuel development facilities in Minnesota and Texas.

Before entering the RNG sector, Staci spent nearly two decades at Archer Daniels Midland Company in Decatur, Illinois, where she held a series of progressively senior roles spanning plant operations, process development, major capital projects, and global operational excellence. At ADM, she managed some of the company's largest and most complex production facilities and designed and deployed a continuous improvement program across operations in North America, South America, and EMEA.

Staci is a proven operator and builder with a track record of driving performance, developing high-functioning teams, and delivering results at scale across complex industrial environments.
